The Laped confectionery academy was established in 2014 by Laped with the aim of further enriching its range of products with training services that follow the same quality policy Laped has followed for more than 34 years. The Academy is the ideal location to enrich and complete one’s confectionery knowledge and skills.
With a wide offer of courses, aimed both to professionals and amateurs alike, the Confectionery Academy has a highly equipped training hall with 10 autonomous workstations each with all the required tools and equipment.
The environment is cosy and professional and the teachers are very highly qualified professionals who pay a special care in selecting the classes’ topic. Our Academy can also offer master classes, presentation of new products and projects related to the world of confectionery.
