To achieve these goals, specific improvement activities for the Quality, Environment, and Food Safety Management System are planned under the direct supervision of the Management Representative. These activities are followed by a structured and continuous internal audit process of the system.<\/p>\n

In order to achieve the objectives set for its Quality Management System (QMS), Laped identifies relevant internal and external factors and monitors and reviews information related to these activities.<\/p>\n

Top management assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of the QMS, promotes its continuous improvement, and supports staff in contributing to its success.<\/p>\n
