Founded in 2014, the Laped Pastry Academy was created to complement the company’s offering with not only products, but also training services — providing an ideal location where professionals can enhance their skills.

Founded in 2014, the Laped Pastry Academy was created to complement the company’s offering with not only products, but also training services — providing an ideal location where professionals can enhance their skills.

With a wide range of courses designed for both professionals and enthusiasts, the Pastry Academy features a state-of-the-art classroom equipped with 10 fully independent workstations, each complete with all the necessary tools.

The welcoming yet professional environment, together with carefully selected instructors and thoughtfully chosen topics, also makes it ideal for masterclasses, product presentations, and projects related to the world of pastry.

Professional Training Program

One or more day programme for organised groups, who will be able to learn the techniques of the chosen course at both a theoretical and practical level. These courses are dedicated not only to learning, but also to the sense of belonging to the group, balancing teaching and fun.

Intensive and personalised course, targeted and designed according to the participant’s personal professional level and the techniques to be explored. The agreed recipes will be prepared under the expert guidance of the instructor, with participants provided with a Laped apron, recipe book and all necessary tools.
Workshop dedicated to industry professionals in a classroom accommodating up to 30 seats, from which to attend interesting demonstrations and lessons by Laped chef technicians.

Master class held by the best pastry chefs and Laped collaborators, with the aim of providing maximum training and support to distributors interested in the various Laped product lines, so that they can in turn pass this knowledge on to their own customers.
