To achieve these goals, specific improvement activities for the Quality, Environment, and Food Safety Management System are planned under the direct supervision of the Management Representative. These activities are followed by a structured and continuous internal audit process of the system.
In order to achieve the objectives set for its Quality Management System (QMS), Laped identifies relevant internal and external factors and monitors and reviews information related to these activities.
Top management assumes responsibility for the effectiveness of the QMS, promotes its continuous improvement, and supports staff in contributing to its success.
Specific objectives are defined and periodically reviewed during Management Review activities and documented in the respective meeting reports.
