Ready-to-use creamy fondant for glazing cakes, cookies, and for preparing buttercream. Its formula ensures excellent performance at both freezing and cold temperatures for extended periods. It melts in the microwave or bain-marie and can be diluted with 5 to 30 grams of water per kilogram for a more fluid texture.
With its ability to incorporate air, it makes an excellent buttercream by simply whipping 1 kilogram of Quick Fondant with 1 kilogram of softened butter. Quick Fondant can be flavored as desired.
