This product is made exclusively from top-quality sugars. It is ideal for glazing baked goods, choux pastries, cassata, biscuits, or as a filling for pralines. It melts in the microwave or in a bain-marie and can be diluted by adding 5 to 50 grams of water per kilogram to achieve a smoother consistency.
This fondant can be flavored or colored with water-soluble or powdered dyes.
