A semi-finished gel, particularly suitable for glazing cakes, fruit tarts, and various fresh pastries. It can be melted on the stovetop, in a bain-marie, or microwave. To achieve the desired consistency, it can be diluted with up to 50% water.
Available in neutral and apricot flavors, it provides exceptional shine to the final product and remains stable even at low temperatures.
