My Tiramisù

INGREDIENTS

For the mascarpone cream:
200 gr My Tiramisù
1000 gr Heavy Cream
200 gr Milk

For the filling and the base:
Savoiardi Biscuits
Moka Coffee
Spolverciok Plus

COMPOSITION

For the mascarpone cream:
Weight the heavy cream and milk, add My Tiramisù.
Whip until the desired consistency is achieved.

For the filling and the base:
Spread a layer of mascarpone cream, dip the savoiardi biscuits in the coffee you’ve prepared, place them on top of mascarpone cream layer, sprinkle with a layer of Spolverciok non-melting cocoa powder.
Repeat this step until you’ve built up the desired number of layers.

DECORATION
Finish with a good sprinkle of Spolverciok
