Thanks to its quick gelling properties and our custom recipe book, it allows you to make inserts of any flavor, easily cuttable at -20°C, as well as encapsulate all types of liquids and creams in a very short time.
The product can also be used for transferring images onto wafer, ganache, decorating silicone molds, aspics, and for savory pastry or culinary applications.
