Mirror glazes that can be used after heating to +40°/50 °C. Once liquefied, simply pour it over the frozen desserts, removing any excess with a spatula. Allow a few seconds for dripping to stop, trim the edges with a spatula, and stabilize the glaze in the freezer for a few minutes.

Thanks to its shine, the product can be stored in the freezer for extended periods without losing its gloss.
